Logitech G HUB 2023.6.7230: A Disappointing Experience for Logitech Fans

As a loyal customer of Logitech, spending thousands of dollars on their mice and keyboards over the years, it's disheartening to experience subpar software like Logitech G HUB 2023.6.7230. The updater fails to start, and the LG Hub gets stuck on installation and startup loading screens, leaving users frustrated.

In my case, I was thrilled to finally be able to play Hunt Showdown without worrying about repetitive strain injury (RSI). However, the software's issues made it difficult to achieve this goal. The updater wouldn't launch, and the LG Hub would hang during installation and startup.

After uninstalling all instances of Logitech G HUB using the uninstaller, I noticed that there were multiple applications listed in my application list. When trying to open lghub_installer.exe with IObit Uninstaller, it alerted me that C++ Visual Studio had been installed. Following a thread's recommendations on how to uninstall G HUB with IObit Uninstaller, I was met with no available uninstallation options.

Opening lghub_installer.exe resulted in a prompt asking for permission to make changes, followed by nothing happening. As a result, my Logitech G203 mouse experienced poor sensitivity. Furthermore, I encountered issues installing G HUB on my new Windows 11 PC.

Fortunately, I was able to resolve the issue by uninstalling C++ applications. If anyone has insight into why this software failed or how others managed to get it working, please share your experiences in the comments below.
